Anger is an emotional response that affects us all. Sometimes we find that our anger dictates how we act and what we say. If you have found yourself in this position with coworkers, family, or friends, consider connecting with people like yourself to transform your anger into a more positive and productive way of coping with situations. Our Anger transformation workshop incorporates proven western psychological techniques with eastern mindfulness meditation methods to provide you with the best results to make positive changes in your life. This group is for ages 18 and up. A certificate is provided at the end of the 8 sessions.
