Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Marymount University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University. I have a background in crisis intervention and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), as well as familiarity with various populations including First Responders and Military.
My goal in counseling is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel calm, comfortable, and open to explore the stressors that you are facing. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy with a focus on strengths, insight, and working towards making changes. I believe in a collaborative process and moving at a pace that is comfortable for you.
I enjoy working with adults, children, and adolescent individuals. I have worked with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, work stressors, relationship issues, stress management, life transitions, substance use, grief and loss, and traumatic events. I am constantly working to broaden my horizons through new trainings and populations.
