GBCC Counseling Centers

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

I earned my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with Pastoral and Spiritual Integration from Neumann University in Pennsylvania, and a Master’s in Education in School Counseling from Loyola University in Maryland. I am also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Professional School Counselor with 17 years of experience working with adolescents and adults.

Every journey begins where you are–emotionally, spiritually, and culturally, which is where I will meet you. Together, we can explore what works on your journey towards healing. My approach to counseling is relational because I truly believe that who we are is not formed in the process of separation from others, but in relationship. As we courageously travel the path of relationship (with our self and others)we are better able to live an empowered, engaged, and authentic life.

I provide individual therapy services for adolescents (middle school and up) and adults. I specialize in working on issues related to school/work/personal relationships, life transitions, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and spirituality.
