Specializing in working with adults, my focus is on helping individuals manage symptoms of anxiety and trauma. During the initial sessions, a collaborative approach is used to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs. A warm and compassionate environment is provided to ensure openness and vulnerability, allowing clients to feel supported. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, the goal is to empower clients to make lasting changes.
CBT helps to explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while Narrative Therapy offers the opportunity to reshape personal stories and reclaim agency. These approaches, combined with IFS and other somatic trauma therapy modalities, encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
