Therapist

As a passionate advocate for youth and young adult mental health, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate the unique complexities of each developmental stage. My practice is dedicated to addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, loss and grief, transitional life challenges, self-esteem issues, and social skills development. I aim to explore these challenges in depth, collaborating closely with my clients to achieve their unique goals.

My therapeutic approach integrates the interactive benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and other creative treatment modalities, alongside mindfulness techniques to foster emotional regulation and personal growth. I tailor my methods to suit the specific needs of each individual. For example, I utilize play therapy with children to provide a safe, creative outlet for expression; for adolescents and young adults, I incorporate CBT to help reframe negative thought patterns and develop lasting coping skills. To further enhance this process, I often integrate tools such as art, music, drama, and writing, which allow us to navigate emotional and behavioral growth in a way that feels authentic to each client.

I am deeply committed to guiding my clients toward building resilience and self-confidence, helping them navigate life’s transitions with compassion and understanding. Whether I am working with a child, a teenager, or a young adult, my goal is to empower them to face their challenges, embrace their strengths, and move forward with a renewed sense of self.
