Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. It is my belief that my clients are having normal responses to abnormal events. My job is to provide a compassionate, safe, and validating space for you to be your most authentic self.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Maryland. In 2018 I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. I then went on to attend the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work where I earned my Masters degree in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Behavioral Health in 2021. I have previously worked in a psychiatric rehabilitation program, community mental health, dual diagnosis, and outpatient settings. I have a particular interest in trauma and substance use disorders. Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are some of the modalities I utilize in treatment.
