Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with adolescents and adults. I received my master’s from Wilmington University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and my bachelor’s from University of Delaware’s psychology program, minoring in Human Development & Family Studies and theatre studies. My theatre studies background helps supports some clients with approaching complex trauma.

My therapy focus is on helping individuals with processing trauma, stress and anxiety, coping with grief/loss, depression, self-esteem, and maintaining boundaries in all forms of relationships. I use techniques from the following methods: Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative & Gestalt Therapy. I have a background of being a student-athlete for over a decade which supports my belief in holistic health. I moved to Maryland from Northern Delaware where I look forward to making more impacts and exploring new ways of maintaining self-care and helping others enhance their holistic health as well.
