Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor / Pronouns: She/Her
My name is Bridget Bradham and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a deep commitment to fostering emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth. With 25 years in the public school system working as a school counselor, I have extensive experience in grief and trauma as well as behavioral therapy. I obtained my Master’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and am a Nationally Certified Counselor. I bring a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy—tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults, I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered counseling to help clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting teachers and school staff as they navigate the demands of their profession. Through a thoughtful, strengths-based lens, I can help educators manage stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate emotional balance—empowering them to care for themselves as they care for others.
My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where all clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged to explore their strengths and challenges without fear of judgment.
