Celebrating 15 Years

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor / Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
My name is Cori Cole (she/her/hers) I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland who has been with GBCC since 2010. I earned my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at Towson University in 2006. I conduct individual psychotherapy with adults (18 and older) both virtually and in person at the Timonium location.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the therapy process and I strive to provide a warm and safe space where you can show up as your most authentic self. I am trauma-informed and take an individualized approach, fostering growth and self-empowerment. I have an eclectic style, utilizing holistic, person centered, psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness-based interventions (and sometimes humor!). I will collaborate with you to identify goals, gain insight and make changes that are important and meaningful to you.
I specialize in working with individuals on issues related to life transitions, adjustment to changes, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem, stress management, women’s issues, sexuality, grief/loss. I am an LGBTQAI+ affirming therapist and I’m also sex positive, and kink and poly friendly.
