Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor / Pronouns: She/Her

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who uses a client-centered approach to therapy, providing individual counseling to children (8+), adolescents, and adults. I believe it is the therapist’s role to collaborate with you wherever you are in your life through a strength-based, integrative approach in order to facilitate understanding, explore concerns, and empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment (ACT), and mindfulness approaches to therapy. My areas of interest include treating anxiety, depression, addressing life changes, stress management, and relationship/communication issues. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I am also trained in providing LGBTQ+ affirming care.

I graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. My clinical experience includes working with clients in school and outpatient community mental health settings, private practice, training in counseling victims of domestic violence and vocational consulting.
