Jessica (she/her) is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who graduated with a master’s degree in School Counseling from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree in Family & Human Services from Towson University. Jessica’s unique experiences as an elementary school counselor give her insight into the social emotional needs of children and adolescents.
Jessica works with clients to build a safe and nonjudgmental environment for growth. She values collaboration with families and schools to ensure excellent treatment outcomes. Her therapeutic style combines a person centered, CBT, and mindfulness approach. Jessica strongly believes in providing non-judgmental, culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming care. Her experience areas include anxiety, depression, grief, and childhood behavioral issues.
A naturally warm, empathetic, and humorous counselor, Jessica enjoys working with children to guide them in building healthy coping skills and reaching their therapeutic goals.
